* Student registration: Must be student or PhD candidate at the time of registration. Please upload a scanned copy of your valid student ID card (validity must be clearly visible!) or a letter signed by your supervisor stating that you are a PhD student during registration process.
Student registrations that are not supported by the requested proof within 14 days after registration, will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend SWOT 2023 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at
contact@swot2023.com
- Cancellations until 21st August 2023: 50% penalty
- Cancellations after 21st August 2023: no refund
Exclusions
- If you do not get your VISA, and you can prove it through documents, we will refund 100% of your fees should we receive the notification at least 30 days prior to the conference.
- Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities.
- The Local Organising Committee will not assume responsibility for any additional costs or charges related to the initial registration, to include charges made for travel and accommodation.
